Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi
Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi (Sinhala: ජය ශ්රී මහා බොධිය) is a sacred fig tree in the Mahamewna Gardens, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. It is said to be the southern branch from the historical Sri Maha Bodhi at Buddha Gaya in India under which Lord Buddha attained Enlightenment. It was planted in 288 BC, and is the oldest living human-planted tree in the world with a known planting date. Today it is one of the most sacred relics of the Buddhists in Sri Lanka and respected by Buddhists all over the world.
The other fig trees that surround the sacred tree protect it from storms and animals such as monkeys, bats, etc.[citation needed]You might also enjoy: Il più grande organismo vivente del 2022 è l'erba del nastro di Poseidon. ` tags and then text after them? Actually `The other fig trees ...` This is not valid HTML but we keep as is. We need to translate the text: - "Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi" stays same (proper name). Keep as is. - Inside first: "Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi (Sinhala: ජය ශ්රී මහා බොධිය) is a sacred fig tree in the Mahamewna Gardens, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. It is said to be the southern branch from the historical Sri Maha Bodhi at Buddha Gaya in India under which Lord Buddha attained Enlightenment. It was planted in 288 BC, and is the oldest living human-planted tree in the world with a known planting date. Today it is one of the most sacred relics of the Buddhists in Sri Lanka and respected by Buddhists all over the world." Translate to Italian. - Next: "The other fig trees that surround the sacred tree protect it from storms and animals such as monkeys, bats, etc.[citation needed]" translate. - Next: "In April 2014, the government banned all construction within 500 meters of the tree. Only construction that obviously…" The ellipsis is encoded as … (horizontal ellipsis). Keep as is. So translate the preceding text. - "Continue Reading" inside link: translate? Usually we translate link text. Keep the href unchanged. So "Continue Reading" -> "Continua a leggere" (Italian). Or "Continua la lettura". We'll use "Continua a leggere". - "Source:" inside . Translate "Source:" -> "Fonte:". - The URL text after link remains same (the URL). Should we translate? No, keep as is. - The final stray tags remain unchanged. Now produce the translated HTML with same tags. Let's translate each sentence. First paragraph translation: "Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi (Sinhala: ජය ශ්රී මහා බොධිය) is a sacred fig tree in the Mahamewna Gardens, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka." Italian: "Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi (Sinhala: ජය ශ්රී මහා බොධිය) è un albero di fico sacro nei Giardini Mahamewna, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka." Second sentence: "It is said to be the southern branch from the historical Sri Maha Bodhi at Buddha Gaya in India under which Lord Buddha attained Enlightenment." Italian: "Si dice che sia il ramo meridionale del storico Sri Maha Bodhi a Buddha Gaya in India, sotto il quale il Signore Buddha raggiunse l'Illuminazione." Third: "It was planted in 288 BC, and is the oldest living human-planted tree in the world with a known planting date." Italian: "Fu piantato nel 288 a.C. ed è l'albero vivente più antico piantato dall'uomo al mondo con una data di piantagione conosciuta." Fourth: "Today it is one of the most sacred relics of the Buddhists in Sri Lanka and respected by Buddhists all over the world." Italian: "Oggi è una delle reliquie più sacre dei buddisti in Sri Lanka ed è rispettata dai buddisti di tutto il mondo." Combine into one paragraph. Second paragraph: "The other fig trees that surround the sacred tree protect it from storms and animals such as monkeys, bats, etc.[citation needed]" Italian: "Gli altri alberi di fico che circondano l'albero sacro lo proteggono da tempeste e animali come scimmie, pipistrelli, ecc.[citation needed]" Third paragraph: "In April 2014, the government banned all construction within 500 meters of the tree. Only construction that obviously…" Italian: "Ad aprile 2014, il governo ha vietato tutte le costruzioni entro 500 metri dall'albero. Solo le costruzioni che evidentemente…" But we need to keep the ellipsis entity … after "obviously". So we translate "Only construction that obviously…" but keep ellipsis entity. So "Solo le costruzioni che evidentemente…" Wait the original: "Only construction that obviously…". So we need to translate "Only construction that obviously" to Italian, then keep the ellipsis entity. So "Solo le costruzioni che evidentemente…". Good. Now the link text: "Continue Reading" -> "Continua a leggere". Keep the link. Now the source line: "Source: " -> "Fonte: " Now produce final HTML. We must keep the same tags, including self-closing
tags and stray tags. Let's reconstruct: ```Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi

Actually original: `The other fig trees that surround the sacred tree protect it from storms and animals such as monkeys, bats, etc.[citation needed]` So there is a self-closing `` then text then closing ``. We'll replicate same: `Gli altri ...` Good. Similarly for third paragraph: `In April 2014, ...` So we replicate. Now final stray tags: `` then `
